Part of what we offer at Aeronwen is Retail Coaching. Retail Coaching consists of specific and nuanced skills that you or your staff may want to develop. We offer sales coaching, service management coaching, scheduling, purchasing, leadership, risk management, event planning, hiring practices, conflict management, and more. This is a service that you and/or your staff can benefit from as you need. We work with you to develop an action plan and work with your team in order to implement desired changes.
Our rates for Retail Coaching are $75/hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Please note that not every problem can be solved in a 4 hour window.
