We're pitching Camp Canyon, a 3 day, experience driven, cycling camp.
Is it Viable? Hell yeah it is! We can forecast a budget for each event and control profitability.
Is it Valuable? Yes!! 100% You sold more bikes in 2020 than ever before. You have new customers that NEED product and culture education.
Is it Validating? Inspiring Riders to Ride - This!! This project leans into your mission wholeheartedly.

A ton of people bought bikes over the past year and never received an appropriate customer experience. Take Kevin Hart for example

This is pic of my friend Andy. When I met Andy he was beginning his customer journey in a road bike purchase. He's a swell guy with loads of personality. Take a close look at his heart rate strap. It's positioned on the left side of his ribcage. Here's a customer that bought a bike, a kit, a helmet, shoes, pedals, socks, a cycling computer, and more. NOBODY, explained to him how to use his heart rate strap. When he unzipped his jersey I pulled him aside and said "it's a heart rate strap, not the pledge of allegiance" we chuckled a bit and I explained how to use his new toys.
Since that day Andy and I have been on many adventures together and he's become a valued member of our community. He helps me to guide the customer experience in our community through a south Florida cycling club. |
Meet Bob, Bob is a commuter that bought his bike from a retailer that failed to ask him the right questions. Questions like, how will you use your bike. Bob had to improvise his rain gear. Bob lives in South Florida and SFL only has 2 seasons, wet and tourist. Why is Bob wearing a trash bag?
I aim to educate and excite cyclists so that they're armed with the knowledge needed to keep on pedalling. |
Proof of Concept
Proof of concept - In 2019 my friends and I organized a trip to attend DK200. We handled housing, meal planning, bike transport, tech and feed planning, and first aid/medical support. We created an experience for 10 people that participated in the event.
The experience was very successful, it generated equipment sales leading up to the event, the value add for the athletes was enormous, and we built strong trusting relationships with these customers.
